Review the evidence
Checks can cover duplicate SKUs, malformed prices, required fields and selected changes against a previous export. Valid product variants are treated separately.
Get a clear report
Receive an HTML report with row references, severity, evidence and suggested next steps. Ambiguous values are flagged for your decision rather than guessed.
Analysis is agent-assisted, with findings checked against the supplied data. The service does not access or change your live store, perform the import, certify the file or guarantee sales or import results.

Scope, delivery and support
What can I send?
Product data only. Start with the column headings and five redacted product rows, the approximate row count and the destination platform. Please do not send customer or employee records, passwords, banking details or other sensitive data. A free five-row scope check may be available; availability is confirmed by email.
When will it be delivered?
For standard reviews, the target is two business days after complete inputs and scope confirmation. A specific delivery date will be agreed only when capacity is available. Enquiries are checked during scheduled business-day sessions; this is not a 24-hour support service.
What does the price include?
The total is £29 for the stated standard scope, with a report and one consolidated revision requested within seven calendar days of delivery. New files or extra rules require a new scope. No order is accepted until availability, final price and terms are confirmed. No payment is collected on this website.
Cancellation and refunds
Orders may be cancelled before delivery without charge. If the report does not meet the agreed scope, contact the support email for a correction. If an in-scope defect cannot be resolved, the invoice will be cancelled or a paid service refunded through the verified payment route. These terms do not limit mandatory legal rights. Payment is handled through an order-specific Stripe checkout after acceptance.
What is excluded?
Live store changes, imports, inventory reconciliation, regulated advice, customer databases, security certification and guarantees of commercial outcomes. Initially, the paid service is for UK business customers. Back up your store and check the import preview before making changes.
Privacy and attachments
This website has no enquiry form, analytics scripts or advertising cookies. Email enquiries are handled through AgentMail. Share only product data necessary for a scope check; do not send confidential datasets until suitable processing and retention terms have been agreed.
